Somatic’s For Recovery

Getting sober is the easy part, learning to navigate our emotional body ride the wave and not pick up on our path to acceptance that can take work. It takes work due to how our nervous system works, how memories process and store. I suggest no less than 6 visit’s for a group setting to learn all I can teach about the process. Our goal is to leave people with a chance at achieving long term sobriety and tool’s of empowerment to help them selves in crisis situations and not have to pick up a drink or drug.  We will go over breath work, movement exercises, thought loops, emotional release and dreams. We will also work on building internal alias to help us as we move forward and have two days of art.
